In this role, you will establish and lead Finance and Insurance organization with an aim to deliver outstanding service to new Lucid customers and ensure frictionless online direct sales customer experience. Your automotive finance, digital retailing qualifications and customer service expertise will be required to create state of the art pure digital retailing Finance and Insurance office.

The role:
Build and lead Finance and Insurance function of Lucid including hiring, people management and trainingDesign, implement and continuously optimize processes to ensure highest level of service to Lucid customers and efficiencyEffectively collaborate with key stakeholders and partners such as: Sales, IT, lending partners to ensure frictionless processes, alignment and new product developmentBuild and maintain appropriate management reporting to ensure transparency regarding performance and solid basis for decision makingEffectively communicate with executive level including regular performance updates and new initiative proposalsServe as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues surrounding the financing processRequirements:
7+ years’ experience in automotive, customer service, finance, or related fieldExcellent knowledge of automotive financial services products is requiredExperience with online retailing and customer support is requiredExperience in people management incl. hiring, performance management, leadership is required.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and work across functional areasProven strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience is requiredAbility to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovationBA/BS degree requiredLanguages: professional fluency in English and GermanPreferred:
