The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, collaborative, and highly motivated individual with experience managing multi-faceted campaigns, communication and conversion across web, mobile, social, and email channels. They have experience in managing teams, localization programs, processes, and tools and establishing measurement tools to measure marketing efficacy.

The Role:
Manage all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives in Europe, including our global website (5 locales currently), car configurator and customer portal, marketing database, email, and regional advertising campaigns. Lead a team of 3 people across web, growth marketing and CRM out of our Amsterdam office.Manage UX and UI optimization and localization initiatives for LucidMotors.com in priority markets (Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland) and future markets.Continuously monitor and improve website performance (sessions, time on site, engagement, etc.) and lead the roll out of local content and requirements for the European markets.Develop and implement tools and activities to capture new leads (e.g. online and at events) and qualify and nurture these leads over time. This includes managing data integration in Lucid CRM systems, reporting and metrics.Develop and steer all paid marketing activities, including ATL (e.g. print and OOH) and digital (e.g. SEA, paid social, video, display) channels together with the media agency for Europe. Creative is developed by our in-house Brand team and external agencies.Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in EuropeDevelop segmentation strategies that enable precision in content deliveryCreate omnichannel journeys that cater to the needs of the audience throughout the customer lifecycleEstablish repeatable processes that enable audience engagement and campaign execution at scaleEstablish performance dashboards that correlate execution to business KPIsAdvocate for the audience, ensuring the vision, strategy, and ongoing execution are firmly grounded in the needs of current and future customersQualifications:
