The Learning Architect will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement and manage an efficient and effective technical training program for our partners. The Learning Architect will manage a team of trainers and instructional designers to ensure that they meet the needs of our partners and customers by delivering high-quality technical training that is engaging, effective, and scalable with the overall objective of enabling partners to perform quality field services for EV Solution Customers on behalf of ChargePoint. The successful candidate will have a proven record of technical training and certifications in the technology, solar or related industry, and have excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, design learning frameworks, and create engaging learning experiences.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $58,500 to $123,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
