What You Will Be Doing: 

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will develop comprehensive training programs that support the success of our organization and its employees. You will identify, plan, and facilitate training solutions for employees at all levels. Your passion for helping others grow helps ensure our employees have the knowledge they need to make ours a successful organization. You will report directly to our People Operations Manager.

You Will:

  • Design and implement engaging training programs that align with our goals and values
  • Oversee all aspects of learning, including course invitations, material creation, certification documentation, and obtaining feedback
  • Collaborate with several subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
  • Measure the effectiveness of our learning programs and make data-driven improvements to ensure their ongoing success
  • Design training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
  • Curate learning management system content and oversee training assignments in collaboration with the People Operations team
  • Develop a learning and development internal wiki page that informs and advertises avenues of learning
  • Manage learning vendor partnerships

You Have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience developing training programs
  • Experience driving projects with a wide scope
  • Experience learning in multiple disciplines
  • Experience building technical training content
  • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning tools
  • Bachelors or master’s in industrial organizational psychology, or related working experience

 

Per Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act the range for this position is $70k-$165k. Actual salary is based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
