In this role, you will guide the creative teams (internal and external) in producing impactful, brand-aligned content and campaigns that resonate with customers and contribute to the company's success in a highly competitive industry. The Lead Creative combines creative expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of automotive marketing and design. The Lead Creative focuses on the creative side of projects, given briefs from Director of Brand, and is the key point of content for the Marketing team.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California San Francisco Bay Area - $108,000 - $140,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. The Role:
Sets the creative direction and vision for marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with Lucid's identity and goalsOversees the development of creative concepts and strategies for various campaigns and projectsOversees the conceptualization and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns, including print ads, TV commercials, and experiential marketing initiatives, with the support of external agencies where needed or support of the Design team Collaborates with cross-functional teams in both Design and Marketing to ensure campaigns are integrated and effectiveOversees the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including websites, billboards, magazines and brochures Ensures that content effectively communicates the unique selling points and features of the Lucid products or servicesActs as the key point of contact within Marketing to the Design team, including graphic designers, web designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure that assets created respond to the strategic goals and vision of the campaign/project.Reviews and approves design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelinesManages and evolves the brand identity for Lucid, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, from logo design to visual elements and messagingDevelops and enforces brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand imageRequirements:
