BETA Technologies is seeking a Law Clerk on BETA’s In House Legal Team. In this role, you will assist a dynamic high growth business with a variety of Legal needs, which may include corporate governance, real estate matters, supply chain and customer transactions, commercial and government contracting, FAA and other federal regulatory issues, compliance, and intellectual property matters. The role will contribute to the Legal Team’s work monitoring and advising on laws and regulations and implementing internal processes, best practices, and templates.
BETA Legal prioritizes passion and creativity to address cutting-edge legal issues relevant to electric aviation. Summer Clerkships are primarily offered May-August. If your availability is outside of this timeframe, please communicate specifics in your cover letter.
