Role Description
Form Energy is seeking a Lab Supervisor for our Berkeley, CA site to support our technical teams and enable our research and development efforts towards our mission of decarbonizing the electric grid. You will roll up your sleeves and collaborate with the Site Operations team including EHS and Facilities to stand up new lab processes and ensure a safe and organized work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving technology start-up, with breakthrough technology, and an incredible mission.
The salary range for this role is $104,000-$141,000. The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

What You'll Do:
Establish lab housekeeping, routine maintenance of safety equipment and best practicesSupport lab equipment installation and maintenance programs by managing projects and working with the technical teams to define requirementsImprove the culture of safety in the workplace through signage, communications and SOPsMaintain lab supplies and PPE for all lab users and engineers on siteSupport EHS’s hazardous waste management program and other safety trainings Use cloud-based softwares to process requests and maintain equipment and chemical inventories/SDSsCoordinate gas cylinder orders for the site and safely transport them to points of useWhat You'll Bring:
