The Service Center located in Riviera Beach is hiring Jr. Service Technicians that have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry. This position will require assisting with pre-delivery inspections, detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on vehicles during second shift hours four days a week from 2:00p – 12:00a.

The Role

  • Focus on performing Pre-Delivery Inspections and repairs on cars before customers take delivery.  
  • Basic repairs on Lucid vehicles include but are not limited to - removing and replacing parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, test driving, and work order administration on vehicles for delivery, etc. 
  • Perform limited car cleaning as needed such as transportation protective film removal, washing, waxing, and applying other cleaning products. 
  • Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all vehicle interactions. 
  • Perform software updates as needed on cars in the process of inspection. 
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) 
  • Get educated with High/Low Voltage systems 
  • Creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences 
  • Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry 
  • The hours of work for the second shift are Monday – Thursday, 2:00 pm -12:00 am, and may be subject to change to support customers during normal business hours. 
  • Qualifications

  • 21+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy 
  • High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience  
  • Able to learn the High/low voltage process 
  • Experience in luxury automobile repair environments 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software 
  • EPA 609 Certification 
  • Must possess a valid driver's license 
  • Advantageous

  • Some knowledge of voltage 
  • Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair 
  • Previous OEM Master Technician Certification 
  • ASE Certification(s)
