About tis role:
As a Journeyman Electrician with Crusoe’s Manufacturing team you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. You will work with blueprints to figure out how the systems are supposed to work. Then, use that information to troubleshoot electrical problems and come up with solutions for them.
A Day in the Life:
Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, electrical schematics, service manuals and work order to perform required installation, maintenance and service
Performing electrical installation of equipment in manufactured buildings per plans and specifications
Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair and maintain electrical systems
Use your knowledge to determine the best way to install new electrical systems
Ensure that you follow all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work
Continuously look to standardize practices and methods to be the most efficient and effective
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Enrolled in a Journeyman Electrician program
Formal electrician training
Ability to use a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Good technical skills and willingness to follow instructions.
Strong analytical ability and willingness to accept and learn from feedback
Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily
Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
Must be detail oriented
Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed
Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
Willing to take a background and drug test

Compensation:
Compensation will be in the range of $36-$41/hr +. Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
