We are seeking a IT Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver infrastructure programs at Lucid. This role will work with our multiple technical and project management teams from requirements gathering to the final cut over to the new environment.  We are looking for a team player who is naturally accountable, responsible, and self-motivated to lead sophisticated projects involving global teams. Embraces our ability to adapt to sudden changes and values the ability to facilitate communication between cross-functional groups.

Responsiplities

  • Act both strategically and tactically while working alongside Infrastructure and development teams, ensuring their delivery of milestones and checkpoints coincide.
  • Support implementation of Cloud network technologies, Datacenter Networks and Wireless Technologies required
  • Use sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills to influence other teams
  • Working alongside service owners for Standing up greenfield datacenter
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, recognize and mitigate risks while proactively setting in place contingency plans
  • Ability to facilitate decisions across multiple partners such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Logistics teams
  • Manage projects with internal and external partners/vendors.
  • Manage stakeholder and cross-functional communication, including project metrics and reports.
  • Develop and manage project plans and create and manage related documentation
  • Assess and manage risk throughout project life cycle.
  • Exercise best practices in project management throughout all project phases including initiation, planning, monitoring, and controlling, and closure.
  • Work with minimal supervision, under the general direction of senior leadership.
  • Effectively manage complex projects across cross-functional teams of varying sizes.
  • Assess and manage risk throughout project life cycle.
  • Qualification

  • 10+ years of full life-cycle IT Project Management experience preferably in Data Center environment
  • 5+ years of IT operations managements and support experience.
  • Strong background of the Data Center Infrastructure knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Automotive/Manufacturing background preferred
  • Any Project management certification is a big plus
  • Standing up greenfield datacenter is a definite plus

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Experience working in a Waterfall, Agile or Waterfall/Agile hybrid environment.
