Join the power movement as a Contract Inventory Coordinator
The Inventory coordinator supports inventory control and materials management to ensure timely and accurate processing of production kits, receipts, and deliveries. This role involves picking parts for production kits, receiving goods, and collaborating with QA/QC for incoming inspections, while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Ideal candidates have experience with ERP systems, warehouse operations, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What you'll do:
Obey all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors whiles maintaining a clean work environmentReceive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriatelyPick and verify kitsComplete physical inventories, cycles counts, random or receipt audits and reconciliationsProvide inventory control reports as requiredResearch and correct inventory discrepancies and perform adjustments where neededIdentify, document and quarantine any damaged productsMaintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS production needsEnsure compliance with CFS Hazardous Material storage plansAbility to operate various Material Handling EquipmentWhat we’re looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent2+ Years combined experience in warehousing, Inventory Control or Shipping & Receiving Inventory & warehousing operational knowledge Experience with ERP system Bonus points for:
