You Will:

  • Responsible for controlling and maintaining spare parts levels as determined by usage in Inventory Management System (IMS)
  • Responsible for issue spare parts and supplies to the maintenance technicians as requested for work Order completion
  • Responsible for receiving parts and supplies and for distribution to other departments
  • Responsible for updating (IMS) and maintain database
  • Responsible for conducting weekly cycle counts of inventory materials. 
  • Responsible for conducting complete physical inventory count annually
  • Responsible for kit parts for work orders that are scheduled by Planner
  • Responsible for working with Inventory Coordinator to minimize downtime due to shortage of parts or supplies
  • Responsible for working with Inventory Coordinator to reduce department costs
  • Responsible for maintaining hardware levels with vendor
  • Responsible for maintaining remote storage containers
  • Operates indoor and heavy-duty outdoor forklifts and other necessary vehicles and equipment to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked
  • You Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, 
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of inventory control experience, preferably in production manufacturing
  • Ability to lift product up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic PC knowledge with and understanding of Microsoft Word products
  • Experience with data entry, Excel, ERP are strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
