Your Role
As an International Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning, managing, and executing our marketing activities in the European markets. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and local contacts across Europe, you drive our brand forward. You work strategically with the marketing team as well as hands-on in execution – from campaigns and content to on-site events and market launches in new European countries.How You Make an Impact
International marketing strategy- You continuously develop international marketing and campaign strategies for European markets together with the Head of Marketing.
- You analyze target markets, audiences, and regional characteristics across all relevant channels to position our brand in the best possible way and adapt our messaging locally.
- You translate global marketing goals into targeted local initiatives.
- You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online, social, content, events).
- You work closely with internal stakeholders, Sales, and Product Marketing.
- You independently create audience-focused content (for example campaign copy, landing page content, event materials) or manage external service providers.
- You work with the Head of Marketing on PR strategies for each country and research suitable media formats.
- You develop social media campaigns with audience-specific messaging.
- You develop lead generation measures to help us achieve our customer acquisition goals.
- You research and organize events (for example trade fairs, conferences, partner events) – providing on-site support in European countries when needed
- You support the localization of marketing assets and messages for different markets.
- You are a member of a team of specialists (Online Marketing, SEO/SEA, Events & Marketing, Design, and Product Marketing).
- You ensure a consistent brand presence across all markets.
- You are responsible for tracking, reporting, and the continuous optimization of all activities.
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.- You bring several years of experience in international B2B marketing (ideally SaaS/tech).
- You have already led or executed market entry campaigns.
- You have a strong understanding of European markets and cultural differences.
- You have experience managing multinational marketing campaigns.
- You have experience with event marketing and international events.
- You have experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEA, social media, and PR work.
- You have knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, or analytics.
- You bring strong technical affinity and can easily translate product descriptions into marketing messaging.
- You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and a high level of ownership.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way.
- You have very good German and English skills. Other European languages are a plus.
