Your role and your team:

The goal of the occupational HSE team is to foster a safe and healthy occupational environment. It´s our believe that every employee is unique and deserves to be protected against injuries by creating safe workplaces and strengthening the wellbeing. We also believe that our planet is unique and deserves to be protected against environmental pollution.  

You will be part of a small multidisciplinary team that follows it´s beliefs across all production departments from our R&D facilities to logistics and aircraft assembly.

We are looking for an ambitious, reliable, and hands on person to support us on our mission creating excellent health, safety, and environmental standards among the industry. You will support the HSE team with your individual strengths to promote a positive H&S culture at the workplace.

Your Tasks:

Support in developing risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen) and Standard Operating Procedures (Betriebsanweisungen)

  • Conduction of safety inspections including identification and documentation of safety and health risks in the design of workplaces and processes with the subsequent derivation of measures
  • Preparation and support for safety instruction and training
  • Support in accident/incident analyses
  • Support in planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the success of EHS campaigns and projects
  • Support in developing H&S inspection checklists
  • Support in the development of the Lock out / Tag out Program (Methodology, Procedure, Machine specific instructions, Training of employees)
  • Develop and implement HS policies and procedures (ladder safety, company cars, racking and stacking, hot work, working at heights, pre-shift inspections, cranes, lifting devices/equipment, laser)
  • Support the ongoing efforts in hazardous material management

Your profile:

Business Experience / Skills

  • Capability to evaluate technical work
  • Scientific or engineering study or technical apprenticeship
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately according to internal processes, safety and security regulations
  • Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholder
  • Sustainable and H&S mindset
  • Work independently and willing to take the initiative´
  • Health and Safety work experience is an asset
