Radiant is a clean energy startup building a nuclear microreactor. A climate-friendly alternative to diesel generators, Radiant's Kaleidos 1MW microreactor will be the world's first portable, zero-emissions power source that works anywhere. We plan to test our development reactor by 2026 and if successful, it will be the first new commercial reactor design to achieve a fueled test in over 50 years. Our microreactor can bring power to remote parts of the world and provide backup power for life-saving applications in hospitals or disaster-relief scenarios.

Deliverables

  • Develop a comprehensive integrated master schedule aligned with core business objectives that captures a complete picture of required production and procurement activities coupled with facility development and regulatory and licensing demands.
  • Create and maintain visual tools that track and display key metrics related to schedule adherence, milestone progression, on time delivery, and resource utilization.
  • Generate detailed plans that ensure alignment between business objectives, facility readiness, regulatory compliance, production plans, material availability, and design readiness.
  • Provide documented strategies to address identified or potential schedule risks and ensure continuity of operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in master scheduling, supply chain or production planning, or project management within highly regulated industries (nuclear, aerospace, medical device, or industrial).
    • Working knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
    • Proficient analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizations.
  • Preferred:
    • Engineering background or technical literacy in nuclear, aerospace, or hardware-intensive systems.
    • Proven track record operating within highly regulated environments with experience integrating key licensing and regulatory milestones into project planning and compliance readiness.
    • Strong expertise in cross functional planning, encompassing infrastructure design, procurement, production, test, and operational readiness planning.
    •  Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Additional Requirements:
