As the Intellectual Property Analysts, you will:  

This role will:

·        Closely collaboate with product design team, product managment and legal team.

·        Perform patent and non patent literature search

·        Provide technology side from patent literature to technical team- enable team with information different technology development around BESS technology areas

·        Support in developing patent and technology landscape and Identify whitespace to enable next generation ideas

·        Identify competitive trend and technology trend analysis

·        Perform IP risk analysis for new product introduction

·        Support in developing strategic and tactical IP assets around BESS product line

·        Support in novelty search and developing strategic claim for new invention.

·        Support in orginizing brainstorming session

·        Working with stakeholders to ensure the program success

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical /Mechanical / I&C Engineering or a related field 5+ years of work experence and 3+ years of experience in Intellectual property analytics.

·        Must have hands-on experience of patent and non patent literature search.

·        Experience of performing technology landscape

·        Must have exposure to Battery Energy Storage System, Hybrid System, Renewable system product, power plant, power system

·        Experience of working with Power electronics based power source, Advanced control, Thermal system design, Battery Engineering, Grid technology

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·        Passion and entrepreneurial drive, ability to prioritize and execute many parallel tasks

·        Experience & ability to work In a high pressure environment.
