IAM Architect
The role will be focused on the development and management of processes and technologies to effectively manage access and authentication processes at Lucid in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. As an expert IAM (Identity access management) Architect to join enterprise security and responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $165,000 - $236,500
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. 10+ years hands-on experience with products such as Okta, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Sailpoint and standards like SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO25+ years’ experience with IAM capabilities: authentication, authorization, entitlement and role management, access certification, privileged access management, secrets management etc3+ years’ experience designing/implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ / Now enterprise or similar identity Governance Platforms3+ years’ experience with MFA, Password-less, IGA, PAM and RBAC/ABAC6+ years of experience of managing, consulting, or working in the areas of cybersecurity IAM and overall IAM architecture 5+ years’ experience designing and implementing the Attribute based access control (ABAC), Role-Based access control (RBAC) and Policy Based access controls to secure internal/external applicationsPreferred Qualifications:
Competency in security frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOX, Certified in one or more of the following: CRISC, CISA, C, SANS GIAC Security Certifications, ITIL, ISO27001Automobile and/or manufacturing industry experience a plusExcellent communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organizationAbility to translate business strategies and project portfolios into short and long-term architectural plans, detailed requirements, and models
