Our Senior Functional Consultant / Project Manager in Human Resources / People will report to our IT Head of DevOps Corporate Systems and will work very closely with teams across Lilium and external providers. You will be responsible for the Human Resources organization’s IT strategy, policies, standards, governance and operational activities in partnership with internal and external partners to ensure the IT organization can deliver visionary People system landscape.

Your Day to Day:

• Deliver project management, implementation and maintenance services for the business.
• Conduct requirements study, configure, design, develop, implement and maintain ERP solutions within schedule, cost, meet service level agreements
• Propose effective work-around or alternative solution, oversee the selection of solutions and estimate resources/cost required to implement the proposed solution to meet customer's requirements
• Act as knowledge broker and trusted advisor on IT services globally
• Drive the implementation across business entities, raise awareness and drive the importance of governance, and compliance across the organisation.
• Strategize, plan and execute the implementation road map for the Lilium business landscape
• Plan and manage the required budgets and resources
• Exercise complete control of initiatives, project scopes and risk management
• Contract and steer our external implementation partner
• Must direct members across the organization, ensuring alignment of resources across functions and matrix. Creative, innovative and thorough approach with the ability to operate autonomously

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background with at least a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Industry experience in a senior position within a large-scale, complex organization or consulting company focusing on Workday (Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Talent Optimization, Workforce Planning, Absence etc)
• Know how in configuration of standard interfaces between Workday and sub-systems
• Can demonstrate awareness of the importance of cultural transformation in establishing a successful data landscape, governance and driving data quality improvements
• Strong working knowledge and experience handling of complex business workflows spanning across people related organization
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level and to interface and collaborate effectively with other senior leaders
• Good understanding of business change and how to deliver successful change to the business through technology
• A very solid understanding of the people & human resource business
• Proven practical experience with agile project methodologies
• Experience managing vendors ensuring its performance and deliverables meet specifications
• Ideally, professional experience in the aviation industry or automotive industry
• Hands on mentality with a responsible, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative team player, with strong organizational and implementation skills
• Excellent knowledge of English and ideally German
