We are looking for a multi-functional, results-driven team player, and an excellent communicator and influencer HR Administrator who thrives in a role with a diverse set of responsibilities between HR, Office Management and Recruitment. The team is small but growing fast and you’ll play an essential part in the growth and facilitation of all aspects of the candidate and employee journey.

You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas. 
  • COVID Management and full-cycle administration.
  • Provide pre-boarding and onboarding support and provide a positive employee experience.
  • Maintains employee personnel folders. 
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and records as required.
  • Input employee personal data into the human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database. 
  • Maintain HRIS records, enter new hire data, and process employee status changes.
  • Support in various HR-related company-wide rollout.
  • Assisting with researching and providing information related to company policies, training, and other human resource programs.
  • Answer employee questions on providing guidance and information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information and direct them to sources to answer their questions.
  • Corporate Swags maintenance. 
  • Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement towards Operational Excellence. 
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or as an Administrative Support.
  • Excellent Excel skills, as well as proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, is a must.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Focus on employee data accuracy and integrity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
