You Will:

  • Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and provide feedback to management when necessary.  
  • Partner with larger cross-functional teams and COE’s on projects and organizational changes.
  • Identify and execute on process improvements to the employee and manager experience.
  • Partner with management on performance improvement and coaching opportunities.
  • Maintains HRIS records, generate data, and analyze reports from the database.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between HR and employees.
  • Follow up on issues and change tracking.  
  • Assist with HR program implementation including performance reviews and out-of-cycle processes.
  • Administer entire off-boarding processes and track, analyze and report on trends.
  • Provide education and guidance to employees and management on HR systems/processes/policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions regarding leaves of absence, accommodations, return to work, etc.
  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of employee programs as requested.
  • May be asked to provide support in various HR disciplines of talent acquisition, HRIS/systems administration, benefits, employee programs, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training and reporting.  
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • You Bring:

  • 6 + years of progressive experience in Human Resources. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or related field.    
  • Working knowledge and experience in multiple HR functions and procedures (pay and benefits, compensation, labor law and employment best practices, HR systems, training, performance management, employee relations, change management).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and emotional maturity.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail to ensure quality in every interaction and deliverable. Ability to multi-task and remain agile.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes. Ultipro experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship, thorough knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to HR.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships key stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are a plus.
