Your role and your team:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President Quality & Aviation Safety, you will be in charge of the Business Excellence & QMS function to co-create and implement Business Excellence projects within the Lilium’s Corporate Quality Organization. You will ensure that our Business Excellence and QMS projects are efficiently and effectively aligned with and deployed to all internal stakeholders (e.g., Program, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, People, Finance, Commercial) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers) and efficiently implemented.
Your Day to Day:
1) Liaise with different business functions of the company to integrate business processes into the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
2) Build and maintain a robust Quality Management System, set, and deploy Corporate Quality Standards (e.g., EN9100)
3) Support business functions in conducting internal audits in accordance with Corporate Quality standards
4) Build and maintain the Lilium Management System architecture
5) Drive Business Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement across Lilium, in close collaboration with the business functions of the company, identifying and managing the key performance metrics
6) Deploy digital solutions, in close collaboration with IT DevOps teams, for the Business Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
1) University degree in engineering, sciences, business management or relevant disciplines.
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate quality or in similar cross-functional roles (e.g., company transformation, New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, complex Product Development Programs), preferably from the aerospace and/or automotive industries.
3) Familiar with EASA Part 21J/G, AS9100, AS9100 or EN9001 standards.
4) Experience in deploying Business Excellence and implementing QMS process and methods in the aerospace or automotive industries.
5) Have a proactive, pragmatic, analytical mindset, and strong communication skill.
6) Fluent English.
7) Fluent German would be a plus.
