We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to join our product team building the future of intelligent movement. In this role, you will lead a team of product managers building the Electric Transport Planning capabilities of our intelligent freight management platform for electric vehicles - Saga.

As Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy and execution of this product portfolio to ensure the optimized planning of shipments and the high utilization of vehicles, drivers and chargers. This role requires experience in product management as well as a deep understanding of the road freight and logistics industry, exceptional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver products that delight our customers and achieve business goals.

What you'll do:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Electric Transport Planning portfolio, which includes driving the strategic electric transport network design and optimizing the operational planning of shipments, vehicles, chargers and drivers as well as recovery capabilities when things don’t go to plan.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and data-driven discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement of products; Prioritize the portfolio roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture while providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.

Coordinate with engineering, data & analytics, architecture, design, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure aligned and efficient product development, acting as the key liaison for product-related communications.

Bring deep logistics industry experience and develop a thorough understanding of our customers to ensure products address real needs, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

What we're looking for:

Significant domain expertise in logistics technology and road freight, with electric transportation experience as a bonus.

Significant experience in product management.

Proven track record of managing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver products that delight customers and achieve business goals.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.

A track record of product launches where you have taken a product from concept to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
