Rondo Energy is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Manager to oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships across diverse industries. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and driving efficiencies across our global supply network. 

What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): 

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for key materials and components. 

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. 

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers, securing competitive terms and fostering long-term partnerships. 

• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. 

• Ensure all materials and components comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality requirements. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics and optimize inventory management. 

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. 

• Partner with engineering teams to support the development and sourcing of future product generations, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness. 

What You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field 

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or global sourcing across manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors. 

• Strong knowledge of global supplier markets, procurement best practices, and regulatory compliance. 

• Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives. 

• Experience working in a global supply chain environment with cross-functional teams. 

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 

• Ability to travel as needed for supplier engagement and global operations oversight.

This role is preferred to be on-site Alameda, California though strong candidates from different geographies open to travel will be considered. The estimated annual salary range for a candidate in the Bay Area for this role is between $140,000 and $170,000, plus equity in an early-stage, rapidly scaling global company. Additionally, you would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels, experience, and geographic locations.
