As the Supply Chain Business Lead, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules to streamline our supply chain operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage your deep knowledge of supply chain processes to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in our supply chain while enhancing our competitive advantage.

 

·        Project Leadership: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, gather requirements, and align the project with business goals.

·        Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices in logistics and warehouse management.

·        SAP Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules to configure and customize solutions to meet the organization's needs.

·        Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and performance tracking.

·        Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure that the SAP system meets business requirements and operates efficiently.

·        Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies among employees.

·        Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, configurations, and processes.

·        Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and ensure they are proficient in utilizing the SAP system effectively.
