Take full P&L responsibility for Philippines. This will entail Market Development, Fluence positioning, Sales, Delivery, and Services as well as supporting and growing the Fluence team. The HM will support regional APAC goals and leadership for the region.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve Regional targets by contributing P&L deliverables of Taiwan.
2. Support growth and development of our organization, talent and processes to delivery our annual targets.
o Build and manage the TW team to support delivery and services of Taiwan portfolio of projects
o Set Up TW for Services operations
o Develop next wave of customers for projects and new applications working with regional sales, marketing and growth
3. Build and implement the Fluence Taiwan growth strategy, focus on defined customer(s) and customer segments and execute according to that strategy.
4. Understanding of the Fluence energy storage technologies, growth strategies and company philosophy
5. Full understanding and implementation of relevant Fluence processes.
6. Align the team in respective country, but also engage resources regionally to support P&L and Regional APAC P&L
7. Constant communication of Taiwan company needs, activities, learnings and targets.
8. Live the Fluence Values in a matrixed organization.
