About the company:

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare journal entries
- Reconcile financial statements and accounts
- Ensure data accuracy
- Confirm process compliance
- Confirm proper documentation
- Assist with auditor requests
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor or associate degree in accounting, or in a related specialization
- At least 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting, or similar
- Proficiency in accounting and business management software, preferably with NetSuite
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, excellent collaboration and a team player
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience in a production business
- Startup experience
- Big-4 audited company experience, or auditor experience
- Strong communication skills

Location: Flexible working arrangement. Should work from the office in SF Bay Area, CA, 2-3 days a week.
