About the company:

We are building a full stack energy company to lower cost of energy & accelerate energy abundance. We are based in London, New York.

We've raised $100m from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, MultiCoin.

Energy is broken – We are here to fix it.

Fuse is building the world’s first vertically integrated renewable energy major — combining energy generation, real-time power trading and consumer products that reward users for smart energy usage. By selling directly to customers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass savings on to customers. We’re already delivering energy around 30% cheaper than the rest of the industry.

We’ve raised $170M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels such as Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana, and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Videographer / Creative to join Fuse for a 3 month internship with the possibility to transition to full time and help bring our mission to life through high-quality video and visual storytelling.

This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where you’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, contributing real creative output that ships publicly. You’ll be involved end-to-end — from ideas to final delivery — and gain exposure to how a fast-growing, venture-backed startup builds its brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute high-impact video and photography projects across brand, product and culture.
  • Assist with end-to-end video production: concepting, scripting, shooting, lighting, editing and delivery.
  • Shoot video content across office, studio and on-location environments.
  • Edit fast-paced, high-quality video content using Premiere Pro, with light motion graphics and VFX in After Effects.
  • Capture photography including product, lifestyle, brand and team content.
  • Help write scripts, hooks, captions and short-form copy for social and digital platforms.
  • Translate Fuse’s mission, technology and ambition into engaging visual stories.
  • Contribute creative ideas and help raise the bar for Fuse’s visual output.

Requirements

  • A student, recent graduate or early-career creative with strong interest in videography, photography and storytelling.
  • A portfolio (or showreel) that demonstrates strong visual taste and creative thinking — personal projects welcome.
  • Comfortable editing in Premiere Pro.
  • Basic to strong working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics / light VFX).
  • Confident shooting video and photos, with a good eye for lighting and composition.
  • Interest in startups, technology, climate or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Access to your own camera kit is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and an equity sign-on bonus
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Paid annual leave
  • Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees
