Responsibilities & Skills

  • Acts as business partner for the divisional management and supports the management to steer its business
  • Supports the company’s regular financial planning/budgeting as well as management reporting processes by managing the corresponding divisional processes
  • Proactively identifies process inefficiencies & data inconsistencies and drives corresponding improvements
  • Analyse, explain and comment on plans/budget, actual results as well as corresponding deviation
  • Proactively identifies potential business & financial improvements and proposes those to the divisional or global management
  • Control the divisional spending, e.g. by reviewing & approving purchase requests 
  • Represent finance in business projects and participate in finance projects  
  • Be the interface between the company’s global finance organisation (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, etc.) and the divisional organisation
