Job Description
Industry leading energy storage technology company requires a passionate individual who is committed to transform the way we power our world and accelerate a sustainable energy future and help deliver one of the largest portfolios of contracted energy storage in the world.
The role of the FP&A systems manager will be as follows:
Assist the FP&A team in the financial budgets and forecast creation on a regular basis (Monthly, quarterly, Annual)
Enable FP&A teams in corporate and regional teams to enter and update their financial forecasts, and associated commentary
Assist in consolidation, rollup, and reporting from Financial forecast and budget
Understand and update forecast update schedules, for corporate and regional finance teams
Provide assistance to other departments on the use of Fluence’s Financial planning and data systems
Experience within Energy Storage markets is an advantage but is not mandatory, an agile mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology led environment is essential.
Experience & Qualifications
•The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial reporting and familiarity with Finance forecast systems e.g. Anaplan, Hyperion Planning
•He/She must be proficient in the planning tools as a power user - i.e. able to independently handle systems tasks of opening forecasts for update, closing updates. roll up of financials, development of scenarios
•He/She must be proficient in the use of MS Office and preferably has experience in the use of accounting software such as SAP and Oracle ERP.
•Education: With Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies major in accounting. CPA preferred but not required.

Compensation for the successful candidate will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Components include a base salary and an incentive bonus.
