The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the North American fleet of vehicles that support Sales & Marketing departments. This includes managing the full life cycle of vehicles as they enter and exit from the fleet. Includes building relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and executing operations that meet timeline & quality expectations.

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Sales/Marketing vehicles movements and maintain a high-quality fleet in accordance with established standards, within acceptable timeframes, and in a cost-efficient manner. Oversee all in-fleeting activities including timely new vehicle acceptance, PDI, installation of tags and other proprietary items making vehicle ready for field-use Oversee all de-fleeting activities including timely inspection, reconditioning, plate removal, and movement of vehicles to support sellable inventory methodsOversee the creation of work order that define work scope to prepare various vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards of Sales & Marketing teams.Planning, directing, and monitoring preventive maintenance, body repair, software updates and other work for all internal vehicles within the Sales & Marketing fleetGather requirements from stakeholders for Sales & Marketing events and match best suited vehicle(s)Manage in-transit and upcoming shipments for fleet operations Help in planning and maintaining of logistics SOPs that include enterprise system updates (JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) Keep proper records of all forms of compliance paperwork relating to the company’s logistics operationsQuickly react and solve problems that are related to logistics and event schedule changesBuild out budgetary requirements to execute the most cost-effective & high-quality means or method of transporting vehicles Proactively monitor the entire process of product movement—escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary Track & report on shipments across different channels (Teams, Email, JIRA, etc.) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree supply chain, economics, operations, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in similar roleExperience in business management, accounting principles and practices, and enterprise (Atlassian, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) systemsExperience with developing complex budgets, establishing internal controls financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning to analyze and compile fleet data and reports.Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all timesAbility to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requestsIndependent judgment skills to determine the type of quantitative data needed for analyses and to develop recommendations based on the analysis.Strong writing and communication skills to prepare and present documents, reports, proposals for management and correspondence with various internal/external constituencies.Knowledge of fleet maintenance and repair best practices, equipment types, functions, and procedures to ensure long asset life
