We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to help us run a slick, efficient support function. You will be a key member of the FinOps team, sending Excel schedules and documentation to our funders to enable us to manage our cash flow efficiently.
We need someone that has a great eye for detail, is comfortable in owning a process, can work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes and is always looking for ways to improve as the business grows.
We are very happy for this role to be remote or hybrid from our London office.

What you'll do...
Draw down funds from our asset finance partners to fund vehicles. This involves compiling a funding schedule in Excel with data from our system, checking backup documentation is complete and accurate, submitting funding requests, and communicating with our funders to ensure payouts are timelyReview the payments we make to and receive from our funders each month to ensure they match expectations and help to resolve any queriesImplement Finance Agreements on our leasing system once funds are received to trigger invoicing of our rentals and ensure these match what our funders are expectingOwn a funder balance sheet reconciliation and the allocations processWork with the wider Finance and Operations teams to put in place the processes and systems you need to deliver on the responsibilities above efficiently. This could be anything from a spreadsheet to working with our tech and product colleagues to build more automated and highly scalable processes Be prepared to help out across the whole of the FinOps team during busy periods, this could be anything from processing invoices to terminating contracts and everything in between.
