Accountable for the management of the Consumer Loan and Lease Originations process from application review through funding. Ensures adherence to internal policy and external regulations. Supports respectful applicant experiences throughout originations process.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $80,000 – $110,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Essential Functions:
Supports respectful applicant and dealer experiences throughout originations funding process.Identifies processes and control improvements; communicates findings to the respected manager.Assists with questions, calls, emails, faxes and being an overall go to person for financial services specialists.Assists with handling of finance queue and escalated issues on pending contracts.Provides world-class customer service through daily interaction with both internal and external customers, including personnel, vendors and customers.Reviews in house applications to ensure accuracy and timeliness is met.Communicates loan/lease decisions, stipulations and revising when necessary to ensure funding.Builds and fosters relationships with assigned teams to support growth targets.Follows-up on current approvals.Utilizes creative methods to generate results and to foster teamwork.Identifies trends and or low performing areas of the business.Participates in team related activities and meetings.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent degree. PrefOther Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Req1+ Years Auto Originations/Funding experience requiredSkills And AbilitiesProficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Proficient in SalesForceIntermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as a team member.Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed.Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management.
