Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Booker/Warranty Administrator for the Service Organization. This role will provide a wide range of administrative, and service support duties involving work order repair claims and warranties. An ideal candidate would be an automotive and detail-oriented individual that will be responsible for coding, gathering supporting documents, maintaining claim accuracy and level of claim detail with the goal of driving quality improvement initiatives.

The Role:
Accurately code Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery work orders in Lucid’s Data Management System including but not limited to job codes, pay types, causal parts, and labor operation codes.Review and correct all claims to ensure the information provided accurately depicts the client’s concern and the details surrounding the diagnosis and repair. Validate that all documentation to support the repair is included with each claim.Ensure all required authorizations are present as outlined in the warranty policy and procedures manual.Review Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery concern, cause and correction fields for errors and correct as necessary.Verify that all required open service campaigns are documented on every vehicle.Validate warranty coverage for repairs performed in compliance with warranty policy and procedures.Monitor, follow up, and reconcile service accounts to collect any outstanding claim payments.Review and provide feedback to improve the quality of claim detail to support quality and engineering teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in automotive warranty or related service industry3+ years of accounting experienceWorking automotive technical experience, theory and operationComputer Skills to include Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and adapt to new software systems as required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to collaborate with individuals, groups and vendors.Motivated to improve and maintain processes
