The Office Administrator/Facilities associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the company's employees and management. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:
· Ordering office supplies.
· Organizing the space and directing employees to their proper assigned location.
· Coordinating with HR on new hires and allocating the required office space.
· Supporting HR in onboarding experience of new hires.
· Handling food & beverage supply.
· Collecting requirements and ordering meals when needed.
· Maintaining inventory levels.
· Having a good idea for tidiness/cleanliness of the office.
· Directing janitorial staff where needed.
· Coordinating with the facilities management to ensure that the office is clean, well-maintained, and safe.
· Always maintaining a strict time attendance at the office.

Qulification
High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in an administrative role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
