The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting Crusoe’s Chief People Officer and the General Counsel of the Company. You will coordinate daily calendars, manage appointments and meetings for both internal and external parties, plan travel arrangements and find more efficient ways of keeping the People team organized and orchestrated across San Francisco, Denver and a number of field offices. The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of supporting and operationalizing Crusoe’s company culture and must have a strong connection to Crusoe’s mission and values. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, able to multitask, have impeccable communications capabilities and time management skills, and be able to act with limited guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of Crusoe’s business by being a source of help and positive energy to the CPO and GC.
In addition to those mentioned above, your primary responsibilities will involve day to day operational tasks including vendor management, ordering, event planning and general administrative support. As the Executive Assistant, you will be required to work at the office at least 3 days per week. You will work closely with Assistants of other Leadership team members as well as Office Managers. As the organization grows and develops, you will take on different responsibilities and support different functions on an as needed basis.

Provide quality, timely, detailed administrative support to Crusoe’s Chief People Officer and General Counsel including managing a complex calendar of appointments; expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that may be confidential; arranging travel; procuring supplies and services and ensuring stakeholder awareness in support of these activitiesSupports calendar management in regards to team, x-functional and external meetingsImprove internal and occasional external meeting effectiveness by gathering and tracking key discussion topics, items requiring decisions and action items to develop agendas in advance and, documenting meeting notes and tracking action completionManage People team’s social media accounts, opportunities to post, speaking engagement preparation in conjunction with Marketing and PR teams and outside agenciesSupport CPO and GC with internal communications needs - email, blog and slide preparation with creativity, care and attention to context and detailIdentifies, designs, and implements new processes, procedures, and solutions to improve People team sense of community, collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and communicationWork closely with other Admins and Office Managers to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations and office and company wide events and activitiesWork closely with Office Manages and other Admins to support office space adjustments and movesParticipate with People and Talent Teams in New Hire onboarding virtually and in person and support New Hire Onboarding in person in Denver.Order and distribute company swag, birthday, work anniversary, and holiday gifts for People team and order and distribute swag for New Hires as requestedAct as liaison to IT as necessary to ensure timely resolution of IT matters and requirementsPerforms errands and personal tasks as occasionally neededPerforms other clerical or administrative duties as neededAccessible and available during the traditional work week and occasionally outside the traditional workday/week for urgent or important matters.Requirements
