Reports To

Chief Revenue Officer

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide support for the Chief Revenue Officer while working cross functionally
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, handle multiple requests, greet visitors, etc.
  • Assist with office deadlines and manage workflow
  • Communicate with internal departments to arrange meetings
  • Expense reporting, accounting, billing and invoicing related to supporting the executive
  • Act independently as project manager as needed
  • Order food for events and team meetings
  • Protect the confidentiality of information related to the organization and teammates
  • Assist with sensitive matters; provide explanation and support where needed
  • Meet negotiated deadlines, anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative and independently complete tasks 
  • Use good judgment in setting work priorities, planning and organizing workload in the midst of interruptions 
  • Handle multiple projects with continuing changing priorities 
  • Assist with special meetings and event planning

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines and priorities
  • Professional executive presence in representing the organization globally and domestically
  • Global travel experience 
  • Possess common sense and professionalism at all times
  • Hunger to learn, to roll up your sleeves, do more at every opportunity and grow quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience supporting high tech executives
  • Experience working in an startup environment preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Egencia and Expensify experience preferred but not required
  • Heavy calendaring experience and an ability to foresee potential changes 
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $60,000 to $101,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
