This role would suit an earlier-stage career EA, who is looking to join an exciting, scaling business and hone their skills. You do not need to have served as an EA to multiple C-suites for example (but at least one or two would be advantageous). We are looking for an intelligent, very friendly self-starter, who is great at building friendly collaborative relationships, and who is very IT literate/savvy and interested in further developing those skills.

Someone who is a real team player and would be great at coordinating across a senior team. But someone who can also be politely robust in the role. You would work in what would be a symbiont relationship with our business analyst.

The role would suit a someone who is interested in the core responsibilities below and developing those skills further. This role would, from time to time, attend meetings to take minutes or capture actions. It would, however, often be handled by the role’s counterpart (Business Analyst)

It would suit a dynamic, resourceful and ambitious individual who is looking to step up and as the business grows, the role will develop further.

Your key focus will be:

  • To organise, coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the CCO-CFO, optimising their time, contributing to their efficiency and preparedness, assisting with communications, and liaising closely with their leadership team and Business
  • Analyst. Proactively manage calendar, optimising the scheduling of meetings and use of time, gatekeeping / protecting time, challenging/clarifying attendance, frequently discussing and reviewing with the CCO-CFO.
  • Dynamically manage inbox, categorising, triaging, forwarding, filing, taking direct ownership as appropriate.
  • Plan event / meeting arrangements/logistics and team social activities.
  • Design and manage high quality travel itineraries – ensure travel is smooth, efficient, carefully documented and hassle-free.
  • Coordinate inputs and outputs with the Corporate Affairs leadership team.
  • Coordinate closely with the Business Analyst role.
  • Manage personal and corporate card expenditure and claims.
  • Meet and greet meeting attendees / ensure the smooth running of meetings.
  • Ad-hoc errands and tasks commensurate with an EA role.

  • Calm and collected – sociable and outgoing – focused on building strong relationships and influencing.
  • Comfortable working individually as well as part of a team – comfortable working remotely as well as face to face. Does not require a significant amount of physical interaction with the CCO-CFO to succeed.
