What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated candidate to fill this role who is focused on dedicating
the majority of their efforts to lead the planning and execution of Archer events such as trade shows
and media events. Given there will be ample downtime between event cycles, you will also be
asked to work with your teammates to help support other basic marketing functions per the
examples outlined below.
This role could be remote for the right candidate.
Events
- Create event plans across key segments: investors / media / future customers and enthusiasts
- Own event project planning and overall execution for all Archer’s event activities
- Manage all event vendors, contracts and budgets including insurance and permitting
requirements for onsite and offsite events - Project manage the creation of all event creative assets working in collaboration with the
broader marketing team - Own all event staffing needs, fulfillment, plans and communication, including managing
participation of key internal Archer stakeholders - Work with marketing team to define promotional strategy around tease / event / post-event
content - Own creation of event-specific KPIs and ensure reporting is delivered for every major activation
- Develop and manage systems and processes for event partners and internal collaborators to
operate under (e.g. vehicle movement and security protocol)
Marketing
- Manage basic website functionality and content updates
- Own build and delivery of emails to investor and enthusiast audiences
- Manage social media posting and responses
- Work closely with content production teams to develop and implement socially optimized
storytelling assets - Collate monthly reporting of organic social, paid social, email and web KPIs
- Oversee digital technology related vendors (e.g., social listening platform, analytics/publishing,
etc.) - Work with related agency partners as needed on projects and ongoing management of core
services - Contribute to overall marketing ideas and strategy
What you need:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an events or marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Proven ability to concept and execute events and marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to work under pressure
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently when on-site at events
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage workload to strict deadlines, and operate
effectively under remote management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $60,000 - 70,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
