BETA Technologies is seeking a Master Data Analyst to help define the future of flight. You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production. Communicate inventory requirements to relevant operations teamsAssist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systemsAssist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to master data role as well as activities within PLM systemAnalyze engineering releases data integrity and prepare product for ERPSet up and maintain ERP part record through product lifecyclePerform routine data reporting and audit for integrity and update system as neededProvide basic level training for ERP/PLM for new employees under supply chain teamUse and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capabilityMaintain world class production standards of quality and safetyCoordinate and prioritize work in an extremely dynamic environmentCollaborate with adjacent teams on continuous improvement projectsMinimum Qualifications:
0-2 Years experience in a manufacturing environmentDegree in a business or engineeringGeneral understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, EpicorComfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and ability to perform under pressureExtremely strong communication skills, interacting with engineering, supply chain, quality and PLM teamsStrong analytical problem-solving and thought leadershipExhibits strong attention to detailAdvanced spreadsheet skillsStrong ability to perform both as a part of a team and to perform as an individualDesire to change the world of aviation foreverA passion for flight!Above and Beyond Qualifications:
