We are looking for End of Line Technicians for our General Assembly team in KAEC, KSA. Expertise is needed to help us drive daily reduction of electrical concerns. You will work to improve plant FTT (first time through) and maintain/supervise electrical test equipment, including end-of line, tire pressure monitoring systems, flashing stations etc.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate feedback from test systems to shopfloor team to improve quality & FTT metrics.
  • Ensure the team is addressing and incorporating top internal and external indicators.
  • Provide test system results to General Assembly Functions and Production.
  • Chart EOL first run issues.
  • Train electrical repair and inspection personnel on current mode and all new model introduction changes.
  • Assist repair personnel with difficult-to-diagnose vehicles to support the availability of latest diagnostic equipment.
  • Supervise and support first run issues at all EOL testing and MES control points.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with repair operators to identify high repeat repair items.
  • Identify design related issues to software, hardware and feedback to General Assembly Functions.
  • Involve supplier quality and Incoming Quality to resolve quality related issues.
  • Ensure enough equipment is production ready at all times.
  • Support NPI (new product introduction) team to coordinate testing prior to introduction to full production.
  • Ability to read and interpret automotive harness / circuit diagrams.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent in related field to manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
  • Required automotive electrical diagnostic experience and working with electrical systems.
  • Basic IT literacy (MS Office).
  • Able to be flexible to work extra hours and react to assignments at short notice. 
  • Able to follow instructions in English, both written and verbal.
