A Day In The Life:
Prospect and Qualify: Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients through targeted research and outreach strategies. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs and how Crusoe.ai's solutions can address them.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage social selling techniques to generate new leads and set up meetings for the Enterprise Account Executive.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the enterprise sector.
Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring all interactions and progress are documented accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Share insights and feedback to refine approaches and improve overall performance.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:
1-3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of $80,000 - $120,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
