As an Engineering Manager at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious and creative engineers passionate about developing innovative, scalable and user-friendly end-to-end solutions. You will be the coach and the manager for a cross-functional team of software developers; accountable for technology, delivery, people- and team development; with the ultimate goal of building a high-performing team. You will proactively work on your team’s performance, culture and behaviors; and be a role model yourself.

You will also be a part of the Engineering Leadership team and have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other Engineering Managers; and to influence wider product and engineering areas even outside your own team.

Delegation is not only possible, it’s necessary, and it is up to each Engineering Manager to decide how much to lean in or lean back in any given situation in order to achieve results and promote behaviors necessary in a high performing team.

This position is based in Stockholm.
