We are currently seeking an Engineer, Automation. You will develop and contribute to the automation tests of the functional safety vehicle system as well as identify and/or implement scripts, tools and utilities as required for test automation. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Design, develop, and improve test automation infrastructure and frameworks for extending testing coverage, diagnosis, and troubleshootingDevelop and contribute to the automation tests of the functional safety vehicle systemIdentify and/or implement scripts, tools and utilities as required for test automationWork with SCRUM teams to fully deliver high quality validated functional safety compliant solutionsTroubleshoot and triage issues to drive towards root cause identification, resolution, and the best possible product in terms of qualityQualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience in QA methodologies, processes, tools and technologiesUnderstanding and experience with end-to-end testing and test architectureExperience with developing test automation frameworks and toolsTest automation, planning, and execution using test frameworksExcellent experience in Python, C/C++, bash scriptingProficient usage of GitAbility to successfully and effectively work within a global team environmentCustomer advocacy, strong sense of ownership regarding tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple projects, architectures, and diverse technologiesEducation:
BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
