About the Role
This is not your average contact centre job. Based in our vibrant Wellington CBD office, this entry-level role is an invitation to become a true customer champion. For the first six months, you’ll work on-site Monday to Friday, immersing yourself in our unique culture and learning everything you need to succeed in the energy industry. You'll be on the front lines, providing outrageously good service to our UK-based customers via email on our award-winning Kraken platform. The customers you will be supporting are in the UK and therefore we are primarily email-based, however, calls may be required.
What You’ll Do
As an Energy Specialist, you’ll be an end-to-end problem solver:
Take Ownership: Provide empathetic, human-centric support, taking full responsibility for customer issues—from billing and smart meter queries to complex problem-solving.
Innovate & Improve: Use your creativity to find solutions, challenge the status quo, and contribute your ideas to continuously improve our customer experience.
Help Those in Need: Assist vulnerable customers with the care and thoughtfulness they deserve.
Grow with Us: As you master the role, you'll identify areas you're passionate about and develop specialised expertise. Your growth is our priority.
