What you'll get stuck into:
Becoming a customer champion: You'll be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them with expertise and helping them find the perfect energy plan.
Solving problems with flair: From that first chat to resolving complex queries, you'll provide end-to-end customer support, always aiming for a first-call resolution.
Navigating the nitty-gritty: You'll confidently manage and raise meter jobs, working directly with meter operators and network companies to keep things flowing smoothly.
Mastering and evolving our tech: You'll accurately manage customer information and outcomes across our intuitive, innovative systems. Because we're still growing, your suggestions for improving our systems and processes are truly encouraged – you'll help us build something amazing!

You'll also bring:
1-2+ years of experience in a dynamic customer-facing role (contact centre or service).
Experience in the New Zealand electricity industry is highly valued. You'll have a good understanding of common customer interactions, such as switching, raising metering jobs, and other operational tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal – you can connect with anyone!
Computer literacy and a keen ability to pick up and champion new systems quickly.
Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do mindset – you see challenges as opportunities.
A structured and organised approach to your work – you get things done efficiently.
