The Role:

As an End-of-Line (EOL) Supervisor at Moxion Power, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the final stages of the manufacturing process for the MP-75 high-voltage battery equipment. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly associates and EOL technicians to ensure the seamless execution of critical tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough EOL testing, encompassing the examination of fault codes, rigorous assessments of fit, form, and function, and the precise flashing of equipment with the correct firmware and software. Utilizing advanced CAN tools, you will assess and escalate any diagnostics issues that may arise during testing, contributing to the overall quality assurance of the MP-75 product.

In addition to technical expertise, you will be a key player in maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This involves not only adhering to but also championing the implementation of 5S protocols and safety measures. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all equipment at the EOL station is operated with precision and care. Ideal candidate would have experience in voltage, impedance, fault injection equipment, electrical tracing, AC and DC, and isolation testing.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in high-voltage equipment testing, firmware management, and team leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of cutting-edge energy solutions at Moxion Power.
