About Augmenta:
At Augmenta, we’re on the mission of changing Agriculture as we know it, by providing automation and autonomy for the masses.
Augmenta’s products are currently adopted at a never-seen-before pace in more than 25 countries worldwide. Our technology is using edge computing, multispectral computer vision, and AI to perceive the farming environment (e.g., plant health, biomass, objects/patterns, weeds, etc.) and automate tasks in real-time, such as fertilizer, herbicide, and fungicide applications (among others). Our beyond-state-of-the-art hardware and software technology "learns" the more it's used by the farmer. A typical US row crop farmer can increase their yield by up to 15% while reducing the number of farm inputs by up to 70%.
We are a diverse, agile, and passionate team of top performers in different locations in Europe and the US. We care about each other, and our Culture & Values are immensely important to us. Trust is at the very heart of how we work; we have no fine print.
About our Values:
No fine print
Ownership
Open & courageous communication
Servant leadership
Farmer First
Think big
