About This Role:
This position is a manufacturing role for Crusoe Energy/Crusoe Industries. Applicants must be able to read and understand electrical drawings and be able to follow instructions to properly assemble electrical components and systems with precision. Ability to understand and assemble components such as terminal blocks, power supplies, control wiring, etc. is a plus. This role also requires mechanical skills such as taking measurements, torquing connections, properly aligning components, and general attention to detail. This role requires technicians to maintain a clean work area, follow safety guidelines, and generally operate at a high level without direct supervision.
A Day in the Life:
Read and understand blueprints or product specifications prior to starting project
Accurately lay out parts and assemble based on specifications
Ensure work is done safety and meets quality standards
Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities
Follow all company rules and policies
Provide a great level of attention to detail
Follow all safety rules and quality standards
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Lift raw materials, final products, and items manually (up to 60 pounds)
Perform personal inspection or coordinate a formal quality inspection (if required) to ensure the assembly is completed with zero defects or quality issues
Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on blueprints
Help the team to diagnose, repair, assemble, and install various electrical components and systems
Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete electrical tasks
Order electrical parts, maintain work logs, and collaborate with other service workers to complete large projects
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to efficiently operate both hand tools and power tools
Ability to strip, crimp, label, and terminate control wiring
Familiarity with the use of meters, hi-pots, and other electrical test equipment
2 years of working experience as an electrician preferred
Basic understanding of electrical fundamentals
Knowledge of working with electrical tools and equipment
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Good technical skills and willingness to follow instructions
Willingness to work overtime on short notice to meet deadlines

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $25-35/Hour. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
