Driven by our core values of humanity, excellence, and creativity, we are deeply motivated and inspired to create a better world. Role Description
As Director of State Affairs, you will play a leadership role in building and guiding a team of state policy advocates to transform state and regional electric markets and enable Form Energy’s goals. The team you direct will secure incentives, procurement programs, electricity market designs, and other supportive policies for multi-day storage that will enable Form Energy to deploy multiple gigawatts of our iron-air batteries before 2030. Your team will lead efforts to weave multi-day storage into all aspects of state electric resource planning and decarbonization goals.

This multifaceted role reports to the VP of Policy and Regulatory and will work cross-functionally with Form’s commercial operations, analytics, product and communications teams. This is an opportunity to apply your experience and lessons learned for policy successes in legislative and regulatory advocacy, thought leadership, and coalition building to advance a clean energy transformation. You’ll be a leading voice helping US states and utilities build a zero carbon electric grid faster and at lower cost than currently anticipated.
