About the company:

We’re a climate-change-fighting tech company on a mission to reimagine the closed, complex way of powering our homes and businesses.

Our technology is lighting a cleaner path forward for everyone, from everyday consumers and small businesses to the innovators building the next generation of energy products.

Who We Are

Arcadia is the technology company empowering energy innovators and consumers to fight the climate crisis. Our software and APIs are revolutionizing an industry held back by outdated systems and institutions by creating unprecedented access to the data and clean energy needed to make a decarbonized energy grid possible.

In 2014, Arcadia set out on its mission to break the fossil fuel monopoly and since then we have been knocking down the institutional barriers to unlock decarbonization.  To date, we have connected hundreds of thousands of consumers and small businesses with high-quality clean energy options. Fast forward to today, and now, we’re thinking even bigger.  We have launched Arc, an industry-defining SaaS platform that empowers developers and energy innovators to deliver their own custom, personalized energy experiences, accelerating the transformation of the industry from an analog energy system into a digitized information network.

Tackling one of the world’s biggest challenges requires out-of-the-box thinking & diverse perspectives. We’re building a team of individuals from different backgrounds, industries, & educational experiences. If you share our passion for ushering in the era of the clean electron, we look forward to learning what you would uniquely bring to Arcadia!

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an innovative and accomplished Director of Solutions Delivery to lead a talented team in designing and delivering impactful technical solutions for our commercial customers. This role blends technical acumen, leadership, and project management expertise to oversee a diverse portfolio of complex projects, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the energy industry, expertise in API-based integrations and data analytics, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams while collaborating effectively across departments. Success in this role requires an exceptional ability to understand customer business needs, craft solutions that deliver measurable value, and communicate confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

You will work closely with Commercial Sales, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align multi-faceted solutions to clearly defined business goals. You will also play a key role in preparing client-facing documentation, defining requirements, communicating project progress, and delivering results directly to client stakeholders.

This role is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of solutions delivery in an industry that’s transforming the way businesses optimize energy use. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a passion for solving complex challenges while delivering value to customers, we’d love to hear from you.

This position will require flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate global collaboration. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple time zones, with a focus on Eastern Standard Time (EST) for key meetings. Arcadia is open to fully remote candidates who are based in the US and employees have access to co-working spaces.
